Nick gagliardi

PRESIDENT AND CEO

  • With 15 years at Colgate-Palmolive, culminating as VP & GM of Colgate Canada, he transitioned to Labatt Breweries in Canada for Strategic Planning. Returning to the US, he served as VP & GM of Labatt, USA, revitalizing brands like Tecate, Dos Equis, Carta Blanca, and Sol. He led the successful launch of Stella Artois in the US and later became President of Liquid Investments. His career also included roles as COO at Monster Beverage and President at Great Artisan Beverages.

MARK HERCULSON

VP, SALES

  • Mark is an experienced executive with a demonstrated history of working in the food & beverage industry. Mark began his career leading regional sales at PepsiCo and Miller Beverage Company. As President of Mesa Distributing, he developed key industry relationships across the nation. He ran all operations at Columbia Distributing as Senior Vice President. At IWB, Mark brings his skills in negotiation, marketing management, business planning, operations, and consumer goods. He is undoubtedly a strong professional and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.

JAIME CARRERA

VP, CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

  • A seasoned business executive with deep expertise in the alcoholic beverage sector. As the founder of Compass, Inc., he's set new industry benchmarks with premium innovations. Under his leadership at DeLeon Tequila, it became the USA's fastest-growing brand. At Heineken USA and Miller Brewing Company, he achieved remarkable brand growth and market share gains respectively. His stint as Chief Marketing Officer at Casa Herradura saw elevated brand equity and awareness. Jaime's career highlights his excellence in brand and business development.

CHRIS DESIDERIO

VP, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Chris is a UC Davis Graduate and U.S. Army Reserve Veteran.   Bringing more than 25yrs experience of Sales, Distribution and Consulting with companies including Pepsi Co., MillerCoors LLC, Diageo – Guinness, and DBI Beverage Inc. He joined Integrity Wellness Brands (IWB) in August of 2021. Chris specializes in beverage program development, sales planning, brand management, marketing, wholesale operations and retail execution. Chris is a self-starter who thrives in a highly challenging, customer-driven environment. Since joining IWB, Chris has fast become an asset to our growth strategy in the West Business Unit.

 

JACK GARZELLA

VP, FINANCIAL INVESTMENT STRATEGY

  • Jack excels in boosting profits and fostering growth. He's the acclaimed author of "12 Proven Profit Strategies." Throughout his career, Jack has implemented scalable solutions across a range of sectors, from e-commerce and digital marketing to heavy manufacturing and tech services. Having managed several of his own businesses, he emphasizes holistic results.

TOM GETTINGS

VP, BUSINESS OPERATIONS

  • Tom brings 35 years of experience of beverage experience to the IWB team. After 15 years on the sales side he transitioned to the operations side of the business in 2000. Most recently he was the Vice President of Operations for DBI Beverage in Northern California with oversight of 9 distribution facilities.  Tom’s role as VP of Operations and Finance for IWB enables him to utilize his years of experience to maximize efficiencies in operations and logistics while contributing to the company’s financial health.

JOHN STEVKO

VP, STRATEGIC BUSINESS ADVISOR

  • John has been a CPA for over 40 years who began his career with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell &  Co. He was a 50% owner and managing partner of Gear Up tax Seminars  and Accountant- City, He eventually sold both both to Thomson Reuters.  John is currently a national speaker and consultant on tax related matters.

JIM KENNY

GENERAL MANAGER, DIRECTOR SALES, WEST

  • Jim served in the United States Marine Corps for 9 years. Following his military service, he embarked on a civilian career that lasted almost thirty years, during which he held the position of National VP of Sales at Green Flash Brewing Company. Under his leadership, sales surged from 1,400 barrels to an impressive 100,000 barrels. With comprehensive knowledge in distribution, he worked with both Mesa Distributing and Crest Beverage Co. Currently, he steers IWB-USA as its General Manager and also assumes the role of Acting West Region Director of Sales.

JOSH LEVY

REGIONAL DIRECTOR SALES, EAST

  • From his beginnings as a merchandiser at Burke Distributing, Joshua advanced to oversee Boston's largest sales route for over ten years. He introduced brands like Four Loko and Mamitas during his tenure as a Regional Manager at Phusion Projects. Later, at SpiritFruit Beverages, he crafted the sales blueprint for the entire New England region. Now, he spearheads the East Business Unit of IWB-USA as the Director of Sales.

BOYD YOUNG

DIRECTOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Boyd served in the United States Army for 6 years and was a participant in the Iraq War in 2004. After his military service, he transitioned to the hospitality sector, managing operations for prominent brands like Marriott, Starwood Hotels, and JC Resorts. In his current role at IWB-USA, he oversees project management, corporate system implementations, and e-commerce initiatives.
